Rapper Eminem recently just returned home from a few weeks stay at a Detroit Hospital. The 35 year old rapper, Marshal Mathers suffered complications with his heart stemming from a brutal case of pneumonia.
Eminem seems to be constantly getting hammered with health issues as of late. As a result of not being able to be active, the formerly lanky rapper has packed on the pounds and is reported to be weighing up over 200 lbs! That is a lot of skinny fat white boy to go around!
Hopefully Em gets his health back together soon. Our best wishes go out to him!
