Ex G-Unit rapper made yet another appearance in court yesterday based on him assaulting a man and pulling a gun on him in the midst of a pick basketball game.
The game previously plead not guilty to the charges, regardless, yesterday the judge scheduled the trial to take place on February 4th.
The Games lawyers are claiming the police are refusing to return $44000 that the police took when they raided his home in 2007 when they were looking for evidence for the upcoming trial. The Judge set another court date of January 22nd, 2008 to evaluate whether or not the LAPD are in contempt of court for refusing to return The Game's money.
